Peter Chavkin is a Managing Partner of Sun Homes and founder of Biddle Real Estate Ventures, bringing over two decades of experience in luxury residential development, investment, and large scale master-planned communities. He is recognized for his strategic vision and ability to identify and execute high-value opportunities. Peter’s expertise spans the full development lifecycle, including acquisition, underwriting, capitalization, and asset management, with a particular focus on complex residential and mixed-use projects. His disciplined, data-driven approach ensures that each Sun Homes community is thoughtfully positioned to deliver both exceptional living experiences and enduring investment value. Prior to Sun Homes, Peter held senior roles at SunCal Companies, where he led East Coast operations, as well as at DE Shaw and Lehman Brothers where he focused on real estate private equity investments.
