Palmer Hill is a 195-residence gated luxury neighborhood located along the Stamford and Old Greenwich border in southern Fairfield County, Connecticut. The neighborhood includes a mix of townhomes and apartment-style condominium residences designed to offer refined living and supported by a clubhouse, fitness center, and resort-style amenities. Sun Homes has achieved multiple national and regional design recognitions for Palmer Hill, including Best Single-Family Attached Home, Best Luxury Townhome Community, and Best Clubhouse design honors. The project was completed in 2015.
