Founder and Architect Bill McGuinness is a real estate veteran with decades of experience, and a history of successful projects in land development, single-family homes, townhomes, and condominium apartments.  

Peter Chavkin, Managing Partner As a Managing Partner of Sun Homes and the founder of Biddle Real Estate Ventures, Peter Chavkin has 20 years of real estate investment and development experience with a focus on complex mixed-use and master-planned communities. His career includes experience in underwriting, acquisition, capitalization and management of residential land development projects on the East Coast and real estate private equity investment. Prior to founding BREV, Peter worked for SunCal Companies, a leading land development company based in Southern California in various capacities, ultimately running its East Coast operations. Additionally, Peter spent the first seven years of his career as a real estate private equity investor, working at DE Shaw, Lehman Brothers, and AEW Capital Management. Peter graduated from the Huntsman Program at the University of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BA in International Studies and French from the College of Arts and Sciences. He lives in New York City with his wife and two sons. 

Guy Mazzola, Managing Partner Guy Mazzola is a Managing Partner of Sun Homes and the President of the AMEC Companies. He founded AMEC while studying Finance at Fairfield University in 2000. His vision was to build a vertically integrated company that could not only manage the entire construction process but could also self-perform the most difficult and riskiest parts of a project. This ability would allow for better schedule and cost controls. Over 24 years later, his vision is reality. This philosophy maximizes the organization's resources and expertise on projects. His leadership is based on a strong family culture philosophy that places great value on both external and internal relationships. Guy's commitment to the company and buyers is to ensure the highest standards of construction, quality and core values. At AMEC, Guy has delivered end-to-end Construction Management Solutions from Pre-Construction to Project Completion including budgeting, estimating, value engineering, project scheduling, logistics, and the coordination of sub-contractors, equipment, and materials. AMEC specializes in large scale land development, production homes building and multifamily projects that result in beautiful communities, homes and apartments for clients. AMEC is unique, as not only does it specialize in residential & multi-family construction, but it also self performs demolition and site work, the riskiest and most difficult aspects of any construction project.
